• Maintaining the security of your account
• All activities that occur under your account
• Ensuring your account information is accurate
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you create using the Service ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and display your User Content as necessary to provide the Service.

You agree not to submit content that:

• Is false, misleading, or fraudulent
• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Contains malicious code or harmful content
• Violates any applicable laws or regulations
• Is defamatory, obscene, or offensive

5. Payments and Subscriptions

Pricing

We offer both one-time purchases and subscription plans. Prices are displayed in the currency applicable to your region and include applicable taxes.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

Refunds

One-time purchases are non-refundable once the premium feature has been used. Subscription refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support for refund requests.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service

7. AI Features

Our Service includes AI-powered features for resume optimization and content generation. By using these features, you acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content should be reviewed for accuracy
• You are responsible for the final content of your resume
• AI features are subject to usage limits and rate limiting
• We may use third-party AI services to provide these features

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are owned by CV Builder and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Our templates and designs are provided for personal use in creating resumes. You may not redistribute, sell, or use our templates for commercial template services.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service will immediately cease
• We may delete your account and User Content
• Any outstanding payment obligations will remain due

You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT USING OUR SERVICE WILL RESULT IN EMPLOYMENT OR ANY PARTICULAR OUTCOME.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CV BUILDER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CV Builder and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.
